ARMADA Appoints Randy Rehovich as Chief Financial Officer 

Randy Rehovich has joined ARMADA as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading financial and operational transformation for high-performing organizations within the defense and intelligence sectors. 

In his role as CFO, Rehovich will oversee ARMADA’s financial, legal, compliance, and IT functions, working closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen operational discipline, enhance enterprise value, and support long-term strategic growth. 

Rehovich has a proven track record of aligning financial strategy with mission-critical operations and shareholder outcomes. Prior to joining ARMADA, he served as Senior Vice President, General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer of MAXAR’s Government Services business. His career includes multiple CFO and executive leadership roles across publicly traded, privately held, and private equity-backed organizations. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. 

Randy’s appointment reinforces ARMADA’s commitment to disciplined growth, strong governance, and leadership excellence as the company continues to scale across its operating companies and markets.
