With an operational database of over 200,000 marine candidates, we employ an extensive screening process focused on behavior-based evaluation, skills testing, and experience level. This ensures only top talent is selected.
Once onboard, our “Ace Tradespeople” are nurtured and managed by the CTS Talent Team through multiple assignments, ensuring continuous growth and deployment in projects where their skills are most needed.
Utilizing our test facilities in Quonset Point, Norfolk, Bremerton, and San Diego, we support welder testing offsite, significantly streamlining the qualification process.
Our team of over 500 tradespeople across the nation caters to a variety of needs in the marine, industrial, and disaster recovery sectors. This includes, but is not limited to, welders, shipfitters, pipefitters, pipe welders, x-ray welders, riggers, electricians, sound dampeners, stage builders, heavy equipment operators, and environmental specialists.
